Return policy
As a reminder, according to the Hamon law exceptions to the right of withdrawal:
Cosmetic and hygiene products and right of withdrawal The Hamon law specifies that goods which have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery and which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection are excluded from the right of withdrawal. .
The refund will be made on the same means of payment as that used when ordering provided that the items have been received back at the address.
If the item that the customer has received is defective, the latter must first and before taking any action, inform MK INDUSTRIE (trade name: LA PARISIENNE K BEAUTY) at the address contact@laparisiennek.com by attaching the order reference and photos of the defect.
MK INDUSTRIE (trade name: LA PARISIENNE K BEAUTY) guarantees the reimbursement of items provided that all items are returned to the following address: LA PARISIENNE K BEAUTY 63 rue Victor Hugo 76320 Caudebec-Les-Elbeuf and that: in the same state that when the customer has received them, this means that the items must not be damaged or opened and the products returned in their original packaging.
If the customer decides to return an item, the shipping costs remain at his expense. After checking the item(s), the seller refunds the order (delivery and return costs are not refunded).
In cases where the items have already been worn, worn or opened, MK INDUSTRIE (trade name: LA PARISIENNE K BEAUTY) reserves the right not to proceed with the refund for the simple reason that these are items cosmetics (cf right of withdrawal Hamon law).
If a return is made on an order paid for with a gift voucher or credit note, the amount of the item will then be credited back to the gift certificate or credit note in question and cannot be subject to a bank refund.
